Just ask professional golfers Matt Millar and James Nitties.
The two couldn’t be separated over two rounds at the Port Macquarie Pro Am on Tuesday and Wednesday.
Millar equalled the course record with a round of 63 on day one, but a round of 72 on day two opened the door for Nitties.
The Newcastle golfer didn’t need to be asked twice as his rounds of 67 and 68 proved just as effective.
After the 36-hole event was complete, it was Nitties and Millar who were joint winners at seven-under par.
Nitties made his move on day two as he made up a four-shot gap Millar held over the first 18 holes.
Millar led at the seventh tee, but after bogeying the seventh, eighth and ninth holes, Nitties birdied the eighth and ninth holes to draw level.
Matt Steiger finished in third position at six-under par.
Two-time Seaside Classic winner Dale Brandt-Richards rounded out the top four at four-under par.
