The Book Week Parade on August 17 involved years K-6 dressed as their favourite book characters.
It was a fabulous day of celebration of children’s literature sharing lots of fun and imagination.
Students, staff and some gorgeous preschool visitors including students from the local ‘Eco Kids Village Preschool’ joined the colourful display.
The School Representative Council (SRC) members were a sensational help in organising proceedings and ensuring smooth running of such a large event.
The teachers made a spectacular display of colourful and imaginative costumes too including principal Phil Harris who appeared in full Pirate regalia and Year 5 teachers dressed as Roald Dahl’s evil witches complete with a shock of purple hair and black silk roses.
