“The Chief” led the Knights to their memorable 1997 grand final win over the Manly Sea Eagles and in recent times appeared on reality television.
Harragon tested himself in the jungle last year for Channel 10’s I’m a Celebrity, Get Me Out Of Here last year where he finished second.
In his playing career, Harragon appeared in 169 matches for his beloved Knights and played 20 games for NSW and Australia.
He also played six matches for Country Origin between 1992 and 1997 and was a regular on Channel 9’s The Footy Show before he left in 2009.
The 46-year-old was also a director of and is a life member of the Knights and is spokesman for NIB Health Funds and Subway.
He will be at Bunnings between 11am and 1pm on Saturday to catch up with the community for photos and autographs.
