A talented young Port Macquarie artist has taken the top honour in a competition to design a new logo for the Mid North Coast Local Health District (MNCLHD) Sexual Health Team’s Clinic 33.

Year 9 MacKillop College student Grace Kuhnell’s design earned the 15-year-old a $400 prize and a framed poster of her winning entry which were presented to her by MNCLHD Sexual Health Counsellor Lynelle Wood.
The successful logo competition invited young people from across the district to submit an original design representing the Clinic.
Clinic 33 is a service for people who need sexual health screening, information, education or counselling, including people with HIV, injecting drug users, sex workers, men who have sex with men, Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people and young people.
The Clinic provides free and confidential counselling services around sexuality issues, transgender issues, HIV and Hepatitis C and sexually transmitted infections as well as sexual health screening, treatments, contact tracing and pre and post-exposure prophylaxis for HIV.
There are clinics located at Kempsey on Mondays and Wednesdays and Port Macquarie on Mondays.
