The NRMA’s Bowser Buster ranks the weekly average unleaded petrol and diesel prices for over 50 locations in NSW and including Canberra from cheapest to most expensive.
For the week ending June 25 Port Macquarie was placed at position 23.
Wauchope was positioned at 46 for the week ending June 25 and had an average unleaded petrol price of 132.4.
Sydney was the cheapest place for motorists to fill up with unleaded petrol and had an average price of 112.6.
Woolgoolga was the most expensive place to fill up with an average price of 135.
For diesel Port Macquarie was the seventh most expensive out of 57 places located in New South Wales and including Canberra.
The average price of diesel in Port Macquarie for the week ending June 25 was 133.9. Port Macquarie was ranked at position 51.
It was cheaper to fill up with diesel in Wauchope which had an average price of 127.4 and was placed at position 21.
Orange was the cheapest place to fill up with diesel with an average price of 120.1.
Parkes was placed at position 57 and the most expensive for diesel with an average price of 136.3.
