A number of newly renovated playgrounds have come to life recently, providing safe, modern and fun play spaces for the enjoyment of young families across our region.
Muston Street playground and Innes Lake playground are now open for play and the feedback has been nothing short of amazing.
Local children have played a big role in the playground designs, with imaginations running wild to create tractor sculptures, climbing webs, picnic settings and veggie gardens, and much more.
In the last two years, 17 parks, playgrounds and reserves have received more than $2 million worth of upgrades, and we encourage local families to take the opportunity to experience and explore the wonderful range of outdoor facilities across our region.
And with more to come, the fun may never end.
To plan your next adventure, why not use our interactive map at pmhc.nsw.gov.au/parks. Happy exploring.
