The Breakers are aiming for six-straight wins while the Hawks are hoping to avoid six-straight losses.
Breakers coach Dan Kemp has guarded against complacency after the Hawks pushed Macleay Valley last round.
“They were 22-all with the Mustangs with 10 to go last week and Steve Blair got them out of trouble,” he said.
“I didn’t think they’d be none from five to start the season, that’s for sure. They’ve been close in a couple.”
The coach said it was important for the “more senior” players to ensure the playing group were mentally prepared.
“The last two weeks have been our most emotional games against the Mustangs and Sharks, being the local derbies,” he said.
“It’s a long trip to Forster.”
Kemp welcomes back Luke Sinclair from representative duties, while Ben Dickson’s form in reserve grade has been rewarded with a first grade bench spot.
Mitch Fowler and Jarrod Robbins will both return from injury in reserve grade.
“It’s the only way to build a bit of continuity and momentum – being able to pick a similar side from week to week,” Kemp said.
