I would like to sincerely thank, publicly, Jay Carr and Brian Barrow for risking their own lives to rescue me from the sea and rocks at Shelly Beach, on Friday, March 10.

Without their brave and selfless act, I may have lost my life.
Grateful thanks go to Robyn Sparkes, who alerted Jay and Brian to my plight and also called an ambulance.
Ambulance officers, Alison and Simon and Medical, Nursing and X-ray staff at Port Macquarie Hospital, are to be commended for their care and support.
(I have since heard that I was the 12th to be rescued by Jay and Co overtime, with two more people on March 12.)
Thank you all so much.
