Davis, along with Temora’s Ethan McKinnon and Newcastle’s Levi Kelly are all expected to be in the mix when the Australian Junior Masters titles commence on Saturday.
McKinnon is a current Australian junior team member and a red-hot favourite in the under-17 boys division, while Kelly is expected to be “up there” in the under-14 boys division.
Headlining the locals will be 12-year-old Regan McGrady who will compete in the junior boys’ division and park owner Jason Stone said McGrady was on the way to a national call-up.
“Regan is an up-and-coming junior skier who has come through the ranks and he’s also in the junior Australian training squad,” he said.
“It will be good for people to come and watch him in action.”
Stone felt McGrady was right in the mix to make it on the world stage, despite still being very young.
“He’s best at what we call the tricking event where you do all sorts of things in the water including freestyle, aerial and spin tricks,” he said.
“If he keeps doing what he’s doing he can make the Australian senior team.”
The junior titles have been in Port Macquarie for almost the last 10 years and Stone said it was growing in size and popularity.
“This event is the biggest junior event of the year outside of the national titles,” he said.

“So it’s a good opportunity to watch junior skiers in action because they will pick the national teams from this event.”
Close to 80 junior skiers will take to the two different man-made lakes and around 500 or more people will be attending.
The park features man-made lakes and is a training facility that is used by athletes all over the world.
The event will showcase Australia's top junior skiers in all three disciplines: trick, slalom and jump.
The divisions will start from under 10s boys and girls, then move up to under 14s, under 17s and under 21s men and women.
Fellow skiers including Riley and Tiger Stone along with McGrady’s siblings Ben and Breanna, will all be competing to take out the title in their respective categories.
The titles run on both Saturday and Sunday from 8am until 5pm and it is free entry.
There is also catering on site for food and drinks.
