The business is celebrating winning the Business Spirit Award from the Port Chamber of Commerce for their magnificent display.
This is the second year in succession the business has won this particular award.
As well, they are also beating the Christmas grinch.
In 2015, their giant blow-up Santa was stolen, but this year the business owners purchased a five metre tall Santa … just to typify the Christmas spirit.
Speeding in residential area
To the person who hit our dog, ran over her and left her for dead on the road - I hope you can live with yourself for not stopping and leaving her screaming in pain.
Thanks to the neighbour who heard her screams and took her to the nearest vet.
To the council who will not lower the speed limit below 80 even though this is a residential street with young children, elderly people and pet lovers who use this road constantly.
Despite petitions they still deny us the speed limit that others residential streets have.

Safety concerns at airport
Recently I was at Port Macquarie Airport waiting for an incoming plane.
At time of flight, a bad storm was happening and I was horrified to see all the ground staff out on the tarmac amidst lightning.
I have been on flights in larger airports, and have observed that staff will immediately leave the tarmac in these conditions.
My concern is why are we not looking after these young men, as they do in the larger airports?
