The meeting will be held at the Herons Creek Chapel on Wednesday, November 9 with a ‘meet and greet’ afternoon tea at 5.30pm.
The engagement sessions are designed to improve communication with community members and provide the opportunity for questions to be asked on matters of local interest.
Questions are invited from the community but must be submitted by November 2 to allow council the opportunity to investigate and adequately respond to any issues raised.
