The event is on October 28 at The Little Fish Café at Innes Lake Vineyards from 3.30pm until 6pm.
This year 42 awards will be received after The Australian College of Educators (ACE) appealed to schools, universities, TAFE and early learning centres throughout the Mid North Coast to nominate outstanding leaders.
“This is the eleventh year that these awards have been organised in the Mid North Coast,” said the ACE region president Bronwyn Vickers.
“Each year our group has been highly successful in promoting education in our region and profiling the marvellous work done by dedicated and talented staff.”
Mrs Vickers said the event was a great opportunity for people involved in education from across all sectors to have the opportunity to socialise.
She said over 100 guests are expected to attend the awards.
Guest speaker Rob Oakeshott will present the citations to the award winners. Mr Oakeshott was a member of both the NSW and Australian Parliaments over six elections and seventeen years.
Each awardee will receive a framed certificate and their citation is read as it is presented.
Entertainment will be provided by musicians from Hastings Secondary Campus.
Entrance fee is $25 for members and $35 for non members.
