Club volunteers and Member for Cowper Luke Hartsuyker celebrated the achievement.
“Over the last two years, the club’s membership has grown by 30 per cent and there has been a doubling of nipper memberships, making upgraded facilities especially welcome,” Mr Hartsuyker said.
“Having upgraded facilities will enable the Club to better meet the needs of its members into the future.”
It was a jointly funded project, with the federal government contributing $110,000 and the Port Macquarie Surf Life Saving Club $71,530.
