At the half way mark in the tournament the teenager had a stranglehold on the championship, being 15 shots clear of the rest of the field.
Park, from the New South Wales Golf Club in Sydney, took out the 36-hole gross score with rounds of 71 and 76 for a one over par total 147.
Her first round of 71 on Tuesday set a new ladies’ course record which beat the old record by two shots.
The old record was set in 2000 by Vikki Tutt and was equalled in 2010 by Chantelle Hodson.
Hannah played the back nine first and turned two under par before returning even par for the front nine.
Her round included five birdies and three bogeys and her second round on Wednesday was a three over 76.
After nine holes she turned one over par but could have been much better as she was unlucky to have a double bogey at the second hole when her shot was too long and just went over the back of the green.
She also had very make-able birdie putts at the sixth, seventh, eighth and ninth holes but all slipped past the hole.
She had three birdies in her round, at the fourth, 10th and 17th holes.
Runner up in the 36 hole gross event was Rhonda Thompson from Belmont Golf Club with consecutive rounds of 88 for a total of 176.
In Division one, the 36-hole gross winner was Shannon Miller from Port Macquarie with a total of 199 on a countback from Jennifer Ivers from Dubbo Golf Club.
In the 36 hole nett event the Division one winner was Laurie-Anne Usher from Wentworth Golf Club with 153 and the runner up was Geraldine Lavender from Port Macquarie with 155.
The Division 2 Winner was Laurie McColl from Port Macquarie with nett 153 and the runner up was Elizabeth Fraser from Port Macquarie with 155
