The Stockland Community Grants program has been running successfully for the past two years with over $330,000 in funding distributed to 361 community groups this year.
Grants are provided to recognise the contribution of Australian community groups to their local community that support positive initiatives in the areas of health and wellbeing, education, community connection and the environment.
This year, The Port Macquarie Pirates Rugby Club were the deserving recipients of a $1000 Stockland community grant from Stockland Lincoln Gardens Retirement Village.
Michael Rosmarin, Chief Operating Officer at Stockland Stockland is pleased to award these grants to such deserving community organisations.
“These organisations help the communities in which we operate to thrive and we truly value their continued hard work and support,” he said.
Sue Reid, Village Manager said Lincoln Garden’s Retirement Village is proud to award these grants to organisations that play such an integral part in supporting our local community.
“We hope this Stockland Community Grant will help to make our community an even better place to live.”
