In early April House with No Steps teamed with Essential Energy to spruce up the dull, khaki-coloured padmounts around Port Macquarie.
The aim of the project was to engage locals with a disability into arts, deter graffiti tags and add colour to the town.
On Tuesday Mrs Young and her team met with three Artdiction members Bradley Anderson, Riley Stringer and Jonathon Srbinovski who talked them through two of their painted padmounts.
The first on show was outside the Mercure and was also the first painted by the crew.
The second was just a few blocks away and resembled a treasure chest.
Essential Energy regional manager Brendon Neyland said it was a pleasure to show Mrs Young the colourful padmounts.
“The project has now spread to Taree and Coffs based on the local success.”
