As part of the 2015 Tastings on Hastings, artists in the region submitted coffee cup designs to the BioCup Art Series Competition.
More than 40 submissions were received and the top three designs chosen by judges at BioCup headquarters have landed in the market place.
Three million Port Macquarie-Hastings inspired BioCups make their way into cafes across Australia and New Zealand.
Competition winner Ben Creighton said it was incredibly exciting to think his artwork will literally be in the hands of 1.7 million people.
Mr Creighton said his graphic piece - Nature's Framework - is a "rich and colourful depiction of the rainbow of flavour that's provided for us from our oceans, our earth and our trees".
As a graphic designer, Mr Creighton is aware of the impact of his industry on the environment and has become more involved in the digital landscape.
He also uses preferred suppliers who practice sustainable printing to reduce his footprint considerably.
His design will be on the 12 ounce takeaway BioCups.
Runners-up Bridget Purtill and Debbie Laan also explored sustainability themes with their works Save the Bees, and It's all about Balance, which will appear on the 8oz and 16oz cups.
BioPak is offering consumers the chance to win $1 million and daily instant prizes until July 31.
Coffee lovers need to find the unique 15-digit code on the bottom of their 8oz or 12oz BioCups and enter at cupofcash.com.au
This year's Tastings on Hastings is on October 28-30.
