The refurbishment means that the Contact Centre will be equipped with more modern technology that will allow students to access information from 8 till 8, 6 days a week.
The Customer Contact Centre is being temporarily housed in a space nearby while the refurbishment is underway.
A Student Central has also been established adjacent to the library at Port Macquarie Campus to provide customers with a one-stop-shop for integrated library services, referrals to teaching sections, counsellors, disabilities consultants, careers advice, learner support and Aboriginal student support.
Payroll services for Port Macquarie Campus staff will continue to be provided by the Employee Services team who are located at Port Macquarie Campus and service all North Coast Institute payroll needs.
The NSW Government is committed to TAFE NSW as the public provider of vocational education and training for NSW.
