Elwyn Roberts, aged 20, is wanted by virtue of two outstanding warrants relating to break and enter and traffic offences.
He is described as being of Aboriginal/Torres Strait Islander appearance, about 175cm tall, of a medium build, with short brown hair.
He is believed to be living in the South Kempsey area.
Anyone who sees Mr Roberts or knows his current whereabouts is urged not to approach him, but to contact police via Triple Zero (000), Kempsey Police Station on (02) 6561 6199 or Crime Stoppers.
