The Swans will fly north, south, east and west in February as part of the club's Australia Post AFL Community Camp.
On February 8 and 9, the entire Swans playing list will spread their wings around NSW with players visiting Port Macquarie, Wollongong, Bowral, Newcastle, Terrigal, Tamworth, Armidale, Wagga Wagga and Sydney.
While on the road, the Swans will visit schools, hospitals, run football clinics and engage with the local community.
Swans co-captain Kieren Jack said the playing group is looking forward to next year's Community Camp.
"The Community Camp is such an important initiative and something all of the players look forward to each year," Jack said.
"We all can't wait to get out and about and see Swans fans right across the state in February.
"The camp will once again be a great way to celebrate the return of footy for 2016 and I encourage all Swans fans to come and see us while we're in town."
