Australia Post is encouraging children across the NSW North Coast to post their Santa Mail nice and early to ensure the jolly man in the big red suit has time to reply before he packs up his sleigh and comes to town.
More than 100,000 letters from young Australians were sent to the North Pole last year and Australia Post is again preparing to deliver thousands of letters to Santa.
Children of Port Macquarie are sharpening their pencils and dotting down their last minute letters to Mr Claus, especially those at Hastings Public School.
Amongst the hottest requested toys were video games, such as a Playstation 4 or an Xbox One.
Other children asked Santa for books, a puppy or a kitten, a blow up pool, spy gear and lego, just to name a few.
To ensure Santa reads and responds to your letter, simply put your wish lists in the post addressed to Santa, North Pole, 9999.
Be sure to clearly write your full name and address, along with a stamped envelope so Santa knows where to send his reply.
Letters mailed before Christmas will receive a response direct from the North Pole.
