Even if you don't surf, you're invited down to Town Beach to do some yoga on the sand.
It's all about making sure your mates are OK on Port Macquarie's first Fluoro Friday.
Organiser Ryan Rosenbaum and company will even wear bright clothes on the day, and they want you to, as well.
"We're trying to make it visible, with the fluoro colours," Mr Rosenbaum said.
"Anyone can come down. It's not just about surfing.
"Come down, dress up in fluoro and hang out."
There are big plans for Fluoro Friday, with free yoga on the horizon.
"That pose will get better and better," Mr Rosenbaum said, referring to the Port News' preview photo.
Michelle Kennedy plans to be at the event. She said it was all about sticking together and making sure everyone is going alright.
"It's OK not to be OK," Miss Kennedy said.
The day kicks off at 6am and will run for about an hour.
Anyone participating is urged to meet in the southern carpark at Town Beach.
You won't miss the bright get-ups and big sign in the sand.
It's part of the One Wave movement which encourages people to get in the ocean, "surf it out and talk about it".
The initiative originated in Sydney, and Mr Rosenbaum and Miss Kennedy looked forward to bringing it to the Mid-North Coast.
