NSW Ambulance operations manager Steve Towle said paramedics were called to Aqua Crescent about 2.50pm.
Kiarna Miller was the first on the scene.
Her lunch break was interrupted by the crash which left the driver, and sole occupant, momentarily trapped.
Paramedics and NSW Fire and Rescue tended to the driver before he was taken to Port Macquarie Base Hospital for mandatory testing.
He was described as being a bit shaken but otherwise unhurt.
