Horne first won the event in 1994 and repeated that result four years later.
Horne went into this year's event as a red hot favourite and took control on the first day. She started poorly, dropping seven shots in the first four holes but went on to shoot 83, eight above the ladies' course rating.
This was good enough to give her a six shot lead over Machelle Nichol of Coffs Harbour after the first 18 holes. Another 83 on the second day gave no one else a chance.
Nichol followed her first round 89 with 93 and she just managed to hang onto second place, 16 shots behind Horne.
Two shots further back on 184 were Christine McKenzie of Cabramatta and four time winner Gloria Hickey from Coffs Harbour.
Catherine Henderson from Pacific Dunes was next, a further shot away.
In Division 2, for those ladies with a handicap from 18 to 45, Glenys Clark was the winner with 193, six better than Natalie Ryan from Maitland.
In both divisions the winning net score was 155 and these went to Belinda Richardson and Betty Dunn.
Pat Gunn shot 91 on the first day to win the Tuesday gross with Suzanne Gardiner taking out Division 2 with 99.
On Wednesday MacKenzie took the Division 1 gross prize with 90 while Addie Carberry took out Division 2 with 94.
There was a stableford event for the less serious golfers and this was won by Chanel Hill with 62 points from Judy Mika 61, Di Graham 59 and June Ruiz 58. All four are from Port Macquarie.
Tuesday's stableford went to Debra Tennant of Coffs Harbour and Wednesday's was taken out by Kellie Martin of Port Macquarie.
