The 23-year-old restaurant manager will go head-to-head against TV kitchen rival Georgia Barnes in Monday's finale.
It's another State of Origin for the eastern states as Barnes is from north of the border. Unlike South Sydney Rabbitoh and fellow Bowraville native, Greg Inglis, she's remained true to her Blues roots.

When it was down to the top three
BOWRAVILLE'S Billie McKay could be crowned Australia's 2015 MasterChef Australi on Monday night.
Having survived a number of pressure tests earlier in the series, the 23-year-old restaurant manager who hails from a dairy farm, made the controversial final cut.
Billie had to reconstruct an amazingly complicated dish to make it into the final but reacted with customary grace after the result was revealed.
"What a day! It was truly hard, but I was given the chance to cook a Two Michelin Star dish, didn't do it too badly, AND I made TOP 3!," she wrote on an Instagram post.
She paid tribute to the final man standing, 20-year-old Reynold Poernomo, who was knocked out.
"Will miss you @reynoldpoer, but this is just the start for you! Amazing does not begin to describe the level of skill you have!"

MasterChef spoilt its own big moment
MasterChef accidentally spoiled the result of one of its final episodes on Thursday, revealing the identity of its top three contestants on social media hours before the elimination episode went to air.
Fans of the Channel Ten show were left seething after the cooking show ruined the end of the episode by revealing favourite Reynold Poernomo had been eliminated in a Facebook post.
The post showed a photo of semi-final contestants Georgia Barnes, Billie McKay and Jessica Arnott along with the caption: "The final three set a Mystery Box challenge for the judges in tonight's MasterClass!"
The photo was taken down 15 minutes later, but not before fans of the show realised Poernomo was missing and had been knocked out of the competition.
In an attempt to make up for the error, MasterChef continued posting teaser pictures of Poernomo on its social media channels, asking fans if he was going to "bring his A-game" to the elimination challenge.
This only angered fans more, who called the photo a "joke" since the result had already been ruined for them.
"Why bother? You guys already stuffed up on your official facebook account," one Twitter user wrote.
The top-rating cooking show apologised to fans on Facebook, Instagram and Twitter, but the damage was unfortunately already done, with many saying they simply wouldn't watch the episode.
"MasterChef Australia is truly sorry for the earlier post which inadvertently revealed the result of tonight's episode for a number of our fans. It was a simple human error and we apologise wholeheartedly."
The two-hour MasterChef grand final will air next Monday, July 27.
