There were no losses for the team in black and white across the grades at Wayne Richards Park in tough footballing conditions.
A howling westerly meant the attacking raids were largely confined to the eastern side of the ground in the matches against Western.
The under 13s triumphed 6-2 before the 14s won 2-0, the 15s had a 4-1 win and the 17s shared the points in a 1-1 draw.
FMNC technical director Larry Budgen hailed the 15s result as particularly good for the zone.
"Western are coming third in the comp and we've been off the pace a little bit," he said.
The 13s and 14s teams - coached by Port Macquarie's Darrell Pascoe and John Goodman respectively - are in the top couple of teams in the 11-side competitions.
The 17s team is sixth after a slow start to the competition which involved a couple of draws. "They should sneak into the finals, all things being equal," Budgen said.
Players from as far as Coffs Harbour travel to Port Macquarie and Taree two nights per week for training.
It's what's required in the country to make it to the next level in football.
"The kids are given no special favours," Budgen said.
This is the second season the zone has been involved with the NPL. The zone fought hard to get involved and will again when the agreement is up for re-negotiation in 2017.
A range of factors are considered, like facility standards and having ground officials at each venue.
Coaches also must have the right accreditation.
Meanwhile the zone's teams are also flying high in the Herald Women's Premier League.
The 18s team leads the competition with 36 points, while the 14s are in second in their comp with 34.
The first grade and 16s teams are in fourth place.
The girls play double headers with Merewether and Adamstown in Taree this weekend.
