Emergency services were called at 1.20pm to a beach in Crowdy Bay National Park.
They found two paragliders who had crashed between Indian Head rocks and Kylie's Beach.
The Westpac Rescue Helicopter was sent to retrieve them.
The two 26-year-olds, one of whom broke his ankle while the other suffered multiple leg fractures, were taken to Manning Base Hospital that afternoon.
A NSW Health spokeswoman was unable to confirm their conditions on Thursday.
