Jubelin has been selected in the NSW team to play at the Australian All Schools Championship in Canberra.
The event commences with a practice round on Sunday, August 9 and concludes the following Friday.
Sixteen year old Jubelin is a student at McKillop Senior College and recently represented Combined Catholic Colleges at the NSW Inter-regional Championship at Macquarie Links and Camden Lakeside golf clubs.
Jubelin had a round of 79 at Macquarie Links and then 76 and 75 at Camden Lakeside. Both courses are par 72.
Selection was based on these three rounds and the two rounds of the NSW schools stroke play championship that had been played at the Blue Mountains earlier in the year.
Jubelin had finished fourth in the 36 hole event in the Blue Mountains.
The Australian All Schools Championship, which was played at Port Macquarie Golf Club in 2010, consists of both match play and stroke play.
Each state will play each of the other states in match play and there will be a 36 hole stroke play event.
The boys are required to play 36 holes each day with the stroke play on Monday and the match play on Tuesday, Thursday and Friday. Wednesday is a rest day.
Jubelin is this week in Wollongong competing at the State Age Championship.
Port Macquarie golfers, 16-year-old Sam Hutchison and 13-year-old old Ollie Payne, are also competing.
