PORT Macquarie's under 15s boys team came back from the weekend's State Championships in Grafton with an even ledger.

The boys, many of whom had won the previous season's under 13s indoor championships under coach Dannielle Cox, had three wins and three losses over the weekend.
There were some big wins for the boys. They smashed Western Sydney 5-0 and Grafton II 6-0. The boys also beat Tamworth 2-0.
They went down 2-0 to Grafton III, 3-0 to New England and 3-0 to Dubbo.
Cox was happy with her young charges' performance.
"They played very well," she said.
"We took a strong side away this year. I'm very pleased with the boys."
The team finished fourth overall.
Cox said she couldn't pick a standout player from the tournament.
"They all rose to the occasion," she said.
"They were outstanding."
