If the response from players comes to fruition we will see the most teams the winter competition has seen for years and may reach the maximum number the club can accept due to the number of fields available. 

There are still a couple of teams trying to put it all together but it does look promising.

Port Touch is very lucky to have wonderful sponsors who look after players year after year and I guess it is easy to take them for granted.

The nuts and bolts of the competition is as follows. 

Games kick off on Wednesday evening at 6pm and 6.45pm at Stuarts Park and will culminate with the grand final on or by Wednesday  August 26. 

If the weather forecasters are accurate it could be a heavy track this week but touch footy players are tough so that shouldn’t deter anyone. 

As the cut off for team registrations is today the draw for round one will be on the club website www.portmacquarietouch.com and posted on facebook tomorrow. Any referee duties will be included.
