“We sell roller blinds, vertical blinds, panels, all types of window coverings and all timber venetians are supplied,” she said.

They supply to homes, business offices and commercial premises as well as government buildings and Ms Familar said they placed a great emphasis on their customer service.

“Our customer service is what we do differently to everyone else,” she said. “We go out to houses and assess the best option for them. Customers are always our priority because without them we are nothing.”

She said they went out on location to determine the best outcome for their customers and also offered after-sales service.

“We still deal with our customers even after the warranty has run out on our products,” Ms Familar said. “We take every customer seriously and we really mean it when we say we are here for them and we have customers that have been through four houses and have come to us all the time.”
