He invited aspiring senior artists to join him at the local library for a walk through and taster of his work and how they can become involved themselves using various applications.
Mic said response from the seniors was more than satisfactory, with a demand for more in-depth classes.
"Many seniors arrived rather scared or apprehensive towards iPad art, and left feeling confident and eager to learn more," he said.
The artist teaches a wide variety of ages ranging from students, seniors, amateur artists and also teaches a class at Port Macquarie TAFE.
He explained that using iPads for art had many benefits including, a creative new use for the device, easier portability and simple to use without purchasing excess items, making it cost effective for everyone.
