The competition will lose a team this season. The Settlers Sharks have had to pull out because of administration problems.
"Hopefully this club can reform and re-join the competition in 2016," Hastings League president Geoff Connor said.
Tomorrow will see the welcome return of the Port Macquarie Boardriders to the paddock.
The kick-off is at 3pm with every side playing two games followed by a top four final.
The Bain Cup elimination is on the following weekend, with the final then set down for Saturday, March 28.
Those matches will kick off at about 6pm.
The Bush v Beach representative match is on Saturday, June 13 at Lank Bain.
This has become a standout event on the Hastings League calendar for the players and supporters alike, where players from Long Flat, Comboyne, Kendall, Beechwood and Harrington take on the boys from South West Rocks, Lower Macleay, Boardriders and Lake Cathie.
"Last year we had great crowds at our semi-final series and throughout the year and I am sure as the competition gains momentum our loyal supporter base will again be there in force as it was last year," Connor said.
"A strong committee and sub-committees will ensure that the league is run in accordance with the rules and that everything is fair and above board."
