Organisers Jo Turnbull and Tamara Grieves originally set a goal of $15,000 for the four-month fundraiser in aid of research into neuroblastoma.
After three separate fundraising events, their dream has been realised.
"We'd like to thank everyone for their support throughout our campaign," Mrs Turnbull said. "The Port Macquarie community has been amazing.
"No words can express how grateful we are. We seriously couldn't have done it without you all."
Saturday's family-friendly green tie cocktail party featured live entertainment, head shaving, an auction and barefoot bowls.
Former Wallabies vice-captain David Giffin and wife Chris were special guest speakers, sharing their first-hand experience with neuroblastoma.
The Giffins' son Joseph suffers from neuroblastoma, but is a "shining example of what research can help achieve".
Although the disease is not as well known as leukemia or brain cancer, it kills more children under five than any other cancer, including Mrs Turnbull's three-year-old daughter Tess in 2011.
All proceeds will go to the Sydney Children's Hospital Foundation for further research.
