The Port Macquarie-based surveying company Pacific Survey used the latest technology to mark the pitch in accordance with Football Federation Australia guidelines.
Pacific Survey's Trent Seale said the company was pleased to be involved in supporting sport in the region. "While we are predominately a commercial operation focused on major projects including highway upgrades, being involved in a grassroots project such as surveying a new pitch is a welcome change," Seale said.
"We have used an accepted surveying technique to ensure the correct field dimensions are in place and the project took us just an hour or so of our time.
"Pacific Survey looks forward to watching the progress of this pitch toward the end goal of seeing it utilised for training and playing purposes."
Once linemarking and goals are positioned, the pitch will be used for training purposes for a variety of squads under the Football Mid North Coast banner.
The Telegraph Point headquarters, which houses the organisation's office, is situated inside Stoney Park Ski facility on Hacks Ferry Road.
Football Mid North Coast general manager Peter Daniels praised the efforts of Stoney Park management in helping to provide the playing pitch.
It is a remarkable achievement to bring along, what was essentially a paddock, to this thickly covered playing pitch," he said.
"With the surveying of the pitch area, our next task is to linemark and then construct goal posts. We can then look to hosting onsite training camps, training sessions and, ultimately, games."
"This long-term project is a major step forward for Football Mid North Coast and is only possible through the efforts of Stoney Park management and businesses such as Pacific Survey."
