Spikes were used to stop a car which allegedly led police on a chase for more than 10 kilometres through Port Macquarie on Sunday.

Highway patrol flashed their lights to stop a car about 3pm as it drove into a business car park at the western end of Lake Road.
But the vehicle allegedly refused to stop, turned right and headed east along Lake Rd.
The driver allegedly drove through a red light at the intersection of Ocean Drive and led police on a chase for 12 kilometres through the town's streets.
The 46 year old driver eventually pulled over on Granite Street, but when officers approached the car he allegedly drove off again.
He never made it out of nearby Navigators Way after highway patrol used spikes on the road.
He was arrested, charged with having a high range prescribed content of alcohol in his blood and other serious traffic offences.
His licence was suspended, and he was given conditional bail to appear at Port Macquarie Local Court on March 25.
