There is no question this project is one of the best examples of business and community working constructively on a project for the benefit of the entire region.
This initiative has captured the imagination of locals and visitors.
Every day we see examples where people – particularly children – are being photographed draped around any one of these beautiful sculptures.
To have one of these eye-catching koalas stolen belittles the enormous goodwill generated by this successful project.
This community should be suitably outraged by this latest act of vandalism.
