Players from as far as Newcastle and the Central Coast will hit the courts at the Port Macquarie Sports Stadium, St Joseph's Regional College, St Columba Anglican School and St Paul's High School for three days of competition action.
Under 11s, 13s, 15s and 17s players will take to the courts.
The tournament proper kicks off at 8am tomorrow, but Port residents can get a sneak peek today when two of our teams in the under 15s boys division do battle at 7.30pm at the stadium.
The last matches tomorrow are at 9pm at the stadium and St Columba and 8pm at St Paul's and Regional.
First Sunday games are 8am, with finals starting at 1pm.
Tournament organiser Deb Burghardt predicted Port's under 17s boys to give the Classic a shake.
"They should go alright," Burghardt said.
The 17s lads have a core group which has been together for the past six or seven seasons, and some other boys which are back in the same age group again.
Andrew Lister and Chris Brower are the coaches.
"They're a really good bunch back together," Lister said. "They've meshed and gelled really well."
The under 15s girls are coming off a Northern Junior League win this season in the under 14s. They will be strong on their home court.
Dee Hudson is in charge of that team.
