THERE is no doubt that "swim, bike, run" gets spectators excited and the youngsters of the Camden Haven can now experience the cheers of the crowds by competing in Ironkids Camden Haven, the kids-only version of Ironman 70.3 Port Macquarie.

The area's young athletes will compete on Saturday, October 18, starting at Laurieton United Services Club, from 8.45am, and no-one will go away without a medal to wear proudly.
Both the family wave and 7 years to 10 years age group will compete in a 60 metre swim, 1.6 kilometre bike ride and 1 kilometre swim. The 11 years to 13 years competitors will take on a 120 metre swim, 3.2 kilometre bike and 2 kilometre run.
Online entries are now open and will close at 5pm on Wednesday, October 15. Event day entries will be accepted at check-in, however a $10 late registration fee will apply.
All finishers will receive a finisher medallion and all entrants will go into the draw to win some exciting random draw prizes.
