Each student was presented with their final portfolio in the presence of their parents and the entire college community.
The ceremony also includes the ceremony of light where the 2014 college captains hand over the leadership to the newly announced 2015 college captains and vice-captains.
Year 12 major awards include academic excellence awards, first place in courses, the St Mary of the Cross MacKillop Award, the highly coveted St Joseph's Regional College Spirit Award and the prestigious Caltex Student of the Year.
The ceremony concluded with the presentation of the Father Leo Donnelly Champion House Shield.
