The team travelled to Minto where they played two competition rounds before playing off in the final.
They defeated the likes of Camden Valley 61-27 before accounting for the Central Coast Waves 75-51.
Coach of the side, Beau Montgomery, said the team then faced Shoalhaven in the decider winning in a close encounter 66-62.
"It was a big effort with most of the teams city based," he said.
"The girls have come a long way since the start of the year and have really learned how to play as a team."
The champions have a good chance at defending their title too with most still eligible to play in the team next year.
Two of the players, Tahlia Hunter and Shelby Grainger impressively, were still eligible for under 16s.
"Those two have been a big part of our team but we will also lose three of the older girls who will no longer be able to play 18s," Montgomery said.
"They will have the chance to go on and try out for the women's team next year but we tend to lose players that age to HSC studies and university."
One of this girls, Shannon Murray, was crowned the champion team's MVP of the grand final.
"She played outstanding, but not just in the final, but in the other two games as well," Montgomery said.
