All three are on the road tomorrow, with Port United taking on Wildcats at Taree, Saints heading to Camden Haven to play the Redbacks and FC tackling Wallis Lake at Forster.
United risks losing touch with Lake this weekend if the men in green can't bring home the three points.
Chris Walsh's side will play the Manning Valley team in the last round of the competition on August 23, in what could decide the minor premiership.
Walsh said it was vital United won every game between now and then to give itself the best chance.
"It's a pride thing," Walsh said of the minor premiership tag.
"We want to prove we're the best team in the competition.
"But ultimately, it's the trophy at the end which is the best thing."
Walsh looked to his cross-town rival in Port FC to do his team a favour and steal a point or two from the league leader.
Port FC keeper Terrance Stafford said that would be a tough ask, considering Lake was close to perfect at home this year.
"I don't think they've lost a game there," he said.
"But it would be nice to do the double over them the most consistent team in the competition.
Ben Foulis (unavailable), Jordy Morris (ankle), Rory Stafford (shoulder) and Korah Cross (yellow cards) will miss the match.
Adam Howell, Jack Lewis, Dakota Stafford and Aaron Grose were set to return.
Port Saints knocked Redbacks over 4-1 last time the two teams met.
Saints manager Mark Rogers said the opposition would look forward to the return leg.
"But we won't be ambushed," he said.
Rogers wasn't sure of the makeup of the team.
"We've definitely got some who may or may not play," he said.
"We will know more at training on Thursday night."
