The first crash happened on Good Friday, when a 19-year-old rider sustained multiple leg fractures near Long Flat.
A second followed on Monday afternoon, with a 14-year-old boy suffering a suspected spinal injury in a quad bike crash at Limeburners Creek.
A NSW Police spokeswoman said the first crash happened when the 19-year-old man was riding on Ellenborough-Wallis Road. It appears the teenager collided with a car, she added.
Emergency services, including the Westpac Rescue Helicopter Service, were notified and paramedics arrived to provide treatment.
Graham Nickisson from the WRHS said he got to the crash site, roughly three kilometres south of the Oxley Highway, about 10am and found the teenager with serious leg injuries.
The teenager was given a blood transfusion at the site, and transferred via air to John Hunter Hospital in Newcastle where he underwent surgery.
A NSW Health spokeswoman said he was in a stable condition on Tuesday afternoon.
A spokeswoman for John Hunter Children's Hospital was unable to comment on the condition of the boy involved in the Limeburners Creek crash.
