Port United's three Northern League senior teams will all be in action with the ladies team kicking off at 12.45pm.
The Men's United side will then play at 2.25pm followed by the Men's Dragons side at 4pm.
United will take on Wauchope in the ladies match, with both teams coming off strong wins last season.
United started its campaign with a good 3-0 win over Camden Haven last weekend while Wauchope thumped Port FC 12-0.
In the men's, United will take on Port Saints Cougars who were beaten by a strong Wauchope Axemen side in round one.
The United lads got their season under way in fine form with a 7-1 win in Kempsey over the Hornets.
The Men's Dragons team will also do battle with Port Saints in the final match of the day.
As a curtain raiser to the Northern League matches, Wauchope and Port United over 35s mens players will be playing from 11.30am.

The club still has some junior vacancies if anyone is still looking to sign up for season 2014.
Under eights, nines, 10s, 11s and 12s and 14s girls still have some spots left.
United's Premier League squad has the weekend off after winning the derby last weekend in both grades against Port FC.
The Green Bloods will be in again on Saturday, April 26 at Dixie Park when they take on Kempsey Saints in round two.
