A NSW Police spokesman said Hakeem Cohen was found by police after allegedly leading them on a chase through the streets of Kempsey for several hundred metres which ended when he was found hiding under a mattress.
The 18-year-old is the last to be arrested after he and three other teenage males allegedly threatened two prison officers with a knife during an escape from a transport van in Grafton on March 2.
The teenagers escaped following the alleged attack, but three of them were caught in subsequent weeks. Two were arrested on March 4 - one in Maclean and the other in nearby South Grafton. A 16-year-old was caught on March 19 at 2.30pm in Kempsey.
