And the winner of the 2013 Readers Choice Award should know.
Laura leaves Priceline on Friday after six-and-a-half years for an eight-night holiday in Hawaii thanks to the Harvey World Travel vouchers she won in last year's awards.
Following the tropical holiday, Laura will travel to the snowy mountains of Canada for a 12-month working holiday.
"While in Canada, I've secured a waitressing position at The Fairmont Jasper Park Lodge, a 700-acre luxury mountain resort in Alberta's Jasper National Park," she said.
"I would definitely encourage people to get involved in this year's awards.
"It was a fantastic experience, all positive.
"I have absolutely loved working for Priceline.
"Every customer is so different, so you have to take the time to understand their individual needs."
After winning last year's award, Laura said one of the things she loved most about her job was interacting with people.
"Customers want help, so give them good advice and provide the best possible experience you can," she said.
Winner of the judged category in the 2013 awards was Samantha Round of Town Green Inn, while the runner up in the judged and readers choice categories was Colleen Banks, a nurse at Catholic Care of the Aged.
The difference this year is that there will be one overall winner voted by our readers.
