Hastings won by seven wickets after easily chasing down Manning's 174.
Port City Magpie Chris Cole had a great game, taking three wickets before scoring 64 in the Hastings' chase.
Camden Haven's Daniel Stone also performed well in both innings. He took three wickets and backed up to make 48 not out.
The Port-based team sent its opposition in to bat on a wet Johnny Martin Oval wicket.
Play was delayed to give the ground time to dry out.
Hastings made the most of the good bowling conditions, making captain Andrew Glover's decision to bowl first a good one.
The bowlers shared the wickets.
Along with Cole and Stone's wickets, Brendan Badenoch and Kyle Bray took two each.
The Hastings batsmen then made short work of the total to have victory in the bag. Cole and Stone led the way, but there were also meaningful contributions from others in the side.
Michael Pelley made 32 not out and Sam Kerr 20.
