Mayoral hopes: Adam Roberts
MAYORAL hopeful Adam Roberts will hold the first of his community forums at Lake Cathie on Monday.
Mr Roberts plans a series of forums across the area to give people a chance to meet him, hear his vision for the area and share their ideas and feedback.
“Individuals from across the region are encouraged to attend, not just Lake Cathie locals,” he said. “I would like these forums to be a two-way conversation, not just about me preaching what I believe is the right way forward.”
Mr Roberts will also call for volunteers during the meeting to help with his campaign, and for those who are able, a gold-coin donation to help cover the room cost on the evening.
The meeting will be held at Lake Cathie Community Hall in Mullaway Avenue from 6.30pm on Monday.
Mr Roberts also has forums planned in Laurieton, Wauchope and Port Macquarie.
