I have lived in Port Macquarie my whole life and only recently moved, the youth of Port Macquarie has and is only getting worse, this is by far the most shocking incident I have ever heard coming from such a beautiful town. I hope the young people who inflicted this feel alot of remorse and serve a long jail sentence, because they have just ruined their and other families and friends lives.

such a cowardly, sad & senceless act resulting in the loss of yet another one of our children's precious lives. too many young lives are being cut tragically short. my thoughts & prayers go to all Mitch's family & friends. I encourage each individual to practice one act of random kindness today in the hopes that kindness can help overcome all the injuctice that is occuring around us.

It really makes me angry that people still dont realise that one punch to the head can do so much damage, you don't know if that person already has some sort of injury or condition, even if they dont, hit them in the wrong spot or when they fall they hit the concrete. its so sad that people cant just let things go, cant just go about there business. in a small town of port macquarie its a disgrace. i expected it to be out of towners. my thoughts are with family and friends of those involved.
