A MAN who was caught driving with an open beer bottle at his feet was arrested and taken to Port Macquarie police station on Monday night.
The 27-year-old Port Macquarie man was stopped in Grant St for a random breath test at 10.15pm.
His returned a positive result in the mid range and his licence was suspended.
A man is due to appear in Port Macquarie Local Court on March 8.
